Roxie was born and raised in Virbank City, Unova. Daughter of two entertainers, Roxie was brought up in a musical background, and was bought a Music Club at a young age. She then took up Pokémon training while studying.
Similar to Marlon, Roxie decided to campaign to make her Music Club into a Gym and becoming an officially recognized Gym Leader. She was accepted and replaced the Striaton trio when they stepped down.
The Alexis Saga[]
Roxie first appeared in B2W2-07 when Lexi came to battle the Virbank CityGym. She lost the battle and gave Lexi her Gym Badge.
She returned in B2W2-10 when Lexi was investigating in the Castelia Sewers. Roxie joined the group and traveled with them until the end of Lexi's journey in Unova, returning to her Gym afterwards.
Roxie appeared in M03 and M04 as a member of the revolution against the Ghetsis Initiative.
