Lexi caught Skitty outside of Petalburg City. Excited about finally arriving in Hoenn, Lexi goes on the search for a new Pokémon and finds Skitty, in which the Skitty was easily captured.

Skitty is a very feminine Pokémon, who is both sensitive and strong depending on the atmosphere. It's very helpful towards other Pokémon, and cheers others on when she has the chance. She seems to have an intense passion for Contests.
